Synthesis of Densely Substituted Pyridines via 1,2-Oxazine-6-ones Inverse Electron Demand Diels-Alder Reaction

Densely substituted pyridines are synthesized from availa-ble 1,2-oxazin-6-ones and enamines via tandem hetero-Diels-Alder and retro-Diels-Alder reaction in 45-98% yield.
