Synthesis of a new fluorescent 9,10-Bisphenylethynylanthracene-derived pseudonucleoside and its introduction into oligonucleotides
The functionalization of the fluorescent hydrocarbon 9,10-Bisphenylethynylanthracene to afford its dihydroxybutyl derivative was developed. Based on this pseudonucleoside, the phosphoramidite and a solid-phase support were obtained and used for the preparation of oligonucleotides containing a fluorescent label novel for biopolymers. © 1999 MAEe cyrillic signK "Hayκa/Interperiodica".
