The MALDITOF mass spectrometry: Rapid qualitative determination of the expression of recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli

The possible use of MALDITOF MS for the analysis of Escherichia coli strains producing recombinant proteins was studied. It was shown that the target chimerical proteins might be rapidly detected in the strains. © 1999 MAEe cyrillic signK "Hayκa/Interperiodica".
